Hello, my name is Jean and I am 55 years old. I never used to give my thought to my health as it was always quite good. However, I noticed that once I reached the age of 50, things began to go wrong. First, I noticed that I was having trouble reading things so my doctor sent me for an eye exam. Then I had terrible muscle pain in my legs so I had to start attending a weekly exercise class. Finally, my doctor said that she was worried about my blood pressure so I had to change my diet. I have made many changes to my lifestyle and undergone many medical proceedures since I turned 50 so I decided to start this blog.
